What is in the Support Folder for Australian Users?
On most projects in Australia, there is a Support folder in the folder tree which contains a series of hyperlinks.
- Help Centre: a link to this Zutec Help Centre.
- General Support Query: generates a new email to the Australasia Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- New User Request: generates a new email with areas to enter details of new users.
- Forgot Password: a link to the Password Reset page.
There may be some changes to the above links, based on project requirements and permission levels.
