I haven’t received my project invitation email with a password setup link

Set your Zutec Password

Once you have been added to a Zutec project (by a Zutec Admin or Super User), an email will be sent from ‘messenger@zutec.com’. If you don't receive the email shortly after being added, please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case it was directed there. If you still haven't received the email, please contact your Zutec Admin or Raise a Ticket.

 

The email will contain a link to set your password. Please follow the prompts to set your password with at least 8 characters, and at least one capital letter and number.

 

Please note: The link to set your password will expire 24 hours after being added to a project.
