What to do if you Forget your Zutec Username or Password

When you are added to a Zutec project, your email address is what you use as your Username to sign in to Zutec.

If you have forgotten or used an incorrect or inactive email address, please contact your Zutec Administrator or Raise a Support Ticket to for your details or create your new Zutec account.


You should receive an email containing a link to set your password shortly after being added to a project (click here if you haven't). That link will expire within 24 hours. 

If you have forgotten your password or the link has expired, click here to reset your password.
