With the primary goal of being leaders in the industry and to reshape Dublin’s urban landscape, MPG has strived to innovate and promote sustainable places. Hence as part of MPG’s goal to support sustainable business, the decision to find a suitable technology partner for digital transformation was considered one of the essential needs to stay competitive in the market and to support rapid growth. During this strategic pursuit, MPG were fortunate enough to identify Zutec as a technology partner for our Data and Information management woes.
Currently 15 projects are being managed by Marlet using the Zutec CDE Platform. Zutec is used to standardise the information management aspects, especially with regards to document packs that needs to be distributed across to various contractors. The system is also used to ensure compliance certificates are in place to support the contracted works with various trade contractors. Zutec is also used as centralised place to manage risks, site diaries and a repository for snags captured from sites promoting complete visibility to our team. The handover section includes templates for streamlined deliveries from supply chain.
Zutec tool has become the bridge between client teams, design, and contractors. The Zutec CDE solution deployed at MPG and its supply chain has allowed MPG full visibility across all projects. Important data is extracted from every project, enabling MPG to run analytics and reports on the system from a project oversight
