About the role
Zutec is seeking to add a consultative and reward-oriented Regional Sales Manager to their growing Sales team in the UK. The growth and opportunity for our Products in the UK market means we are ready to specialise our Sales team by persona – in particular this role will focus on the Developer/Owner segment of the Construction and Property market.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, communication and organisational skills. They excel in an environment where they can be personally responsible for the full Sales cycle, from prospecting new leads, through nurture and development to a successful close. The OTE for this role is generous and uncapped to ensure we reward overachievers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Personally create new leads from prospecting efforts in your target market and personas
• Take an account-based approach – nurture Head Office for Enterprise agreements while closing individual project deals
• Build, maintain and apply a high-level knowledge of the Zutec Technology Products
• Using your consulting and presenting skills to work with the Pre-Sales team to demonstrate tailored Product solutions to individual clients
• Keep CRM system fully up-to date following the MEDDICC methodology (training provided)
• Close with all stakeholders to bring your deals to a timely win
• Work with the Head of Sales to plan your deal development and closes
• Work with Marketing to make sure you have the collateral you need to succeed.
Candidate requirements:
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas – typically targeting 1M or more annually
• Experience selling complex software solutions, ideally to construction or property industry
• New logo enterprise software experience
• An aptitude for and understanding of technology
• Ability to learn quickly with a customer-centric mindset
• An understanding of and appreciation for the importance of nurturing relationships throughout the Sales cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to generate own leads and pipeline, without relying on inbound activity
• Ability to develop and close deals in a timely manner
• Excellent stakeholder management

• Managing a team of 2 Account Managers which is likely to be expanded in the near-term.
• You will enjoy working towards targets and managing the team according to agreed KPIs.
• To ensure activity is always correctly directed with a daily or several times a week meeting of your team
• To be in charge of all aspects of Account Management for the global team including prospecting, deal nurture and close for Existing Business Upsells, Renewals and Conversions.
• You will need to be able to manage a large pipeline of opportunities across the team while making sure we also large Enterprise accounts for future deals.
• Hire, train and develop team members.
