How do I review a Zutec record?

Reviewing a Zutec Record

There are two ways to change the status of a record.

The first option involves ticking the selection box next to the record you want to review.

Then select 'Actions' at the top of the table, and 'Review Records'.

The Record Review Form will open. To change the status, select an option from the Review Status dropdown.

If available, comments can be entered in the Comments field.

Similarly, files can be uploaded to the Review Files section if available.

Once you have made a status selection (and/or added comments and review files), click the 'Set Review' button.

This method can also be used for reviewing multiple records at the same time. To do this, simply tick the selection box next to the records you need to change to the same status. From there, follow the same steps as above.

The second option involves clicking the current status of the record in the Review Status column.

This will open the Record Review Form popup. As per above, to change the status, select an option from the Review Status dropdown.

If available, comments can be entered in the Comments field.

Similarly, files can be uploaded to the Review Files section if available.

Once you have made a status selection (and/or added comments and review files), click the 'Set Review' button.
