Regional Sales Manager
Ireland | Hybrid | Remote

Reporting to : Head of UK & Ireland Sales
Location : The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, and as such is split between
home working and office based – Ireland 
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary & Benefits: Up to €55,000 basic salary DOE, OTE €100,000+ with uncapped
accelerated commission above target, Life Assurance, PMI, Pension.

About The Role 

We have an exciting opportunity for a consultative and reward oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our company, responsible for owning New Business sales in the Irish market. As our home market, we have a strong brand and established use cases in Ireland, in particular the Housebuilder and Residential Developer/Owner segment of the Construction and Property market, where this role will primarily focus. In this role you will:

• Create new leads from prospecting efforts in your target market and persona
• Take an account-based approach – nurture Head Office for Enterprise agreements while closing
individual project deals
• Build, maintain and apply a high-level knowledge of the Zutec Technology Products
• Maximise your consultative and presentation skills to work effectively to demonstrate tailored Product solutions to individual clients
• Keep CRM system fully up-to date following the MEDDICC methodology (training provided)
• Close with all stakeholders to bring your deals to a timely win
• Work with the Head of Sales to plan your deal development and closes
• Work with Marketing to ensure you have the collateral you need to succeed

 

About You

With a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, experience of selling complex software solutions, ideally within the construction and/or property industry, new logo enterprise software experience, you will have a robust understanding, and appreciation of, the importance of nurturing relationships throughout the Sales cycle. You will have a good working knowledge of the Irish construction market, ideally in the Housebuilder or Property developer space.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, at all levels of business, the ability to generate your own leads and pipeline, without relying on inbound activity, be able to develop and close deals in a timely manner, and have an aptitude for, and understanding of, technology, coupled with the ability to learn quickly with a customer-centric mindset.

You’ll excel in an environment where you are responsible for the full Sales cycle, from prospecting new leads, through nurture and development to a successful close.

The Role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our team, responsible for supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our solutions. This role ensures our customers meets their goals to achieve success, as well as be the heard voice of the customer within Zutec and the wider organisation. 

Customer Success Managers work closely with all departments within the organisation, so interdepartmental relationships and collaboration are key. This includes collaborating with Sales representatives to identify growth and upsell opportunities, working with support teams to identify and resolve issues, and liaising with product teams to identify opportunities for improvement within the platform to aide customer usage. In this role you will:

 

  • Own, manage and support customers through their onboarding process 
  • Grow and nurture existing customers into product champions
  • Process milestones for your customers to work towards
  • Promote the value of the product to our customers
  • Identify growth opportunities to sales
  • Support the retention of customers
  • Identify and report on product gaps, sharing customer and prospective feedback to the organisation
  • Co-ordinate and support in prioritisation of customer work to keep customer requirements moving and visible to the organisation

 

About You

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional to join our recently introduced Customer Success team. You will have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or have experience gained in a similar role, the ability to build and foster positive relationships with customers, implement new programs and nurture customer growth, advocacy and retention, coupled with experience of providing support with software and/or working with a SaaS solution. 

Experience in the Construction industry is preferrable, to be able to support and advise our customers through their construction projects all the way from design to QA to handover and building ownership, as is experience of working with data and technical capability to aid users of our software.

Full Stack Developer
Dublin | Hybrid

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. In this role you will:

  • Develop software solutions for web and cloud-based technologies
  • Troubleshoot and optimise automation, reliability, and monitoring for production software for the full stack
  • Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design reviews
  • System design through well-defined interfaces across multiple components, code reviews, leveraging data/telemetry to make decisions
  • Develop “best-in-class” engineering for our software by ensuring that the libraries and the components are well-defined and modularised, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable
  • Improve test coverage for libraries, organise and implement integration tests, and resolve problem areas
  • Consider testability, portability/monitoring, reliability, and maintainability, and understand when code is ready to be shared and delivered
  • Expose test coverage issues, organise, and implement integration tests, and resolve problem areas

 

About You

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual, with proven experience of successfully delivering software solutions to market in a collaborative environment. Essential to the role is experience of PHP, ReactJS, and databases, ideally coupled with experience of Linux. It is preferable, but not essential, that you have a Degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems and/or have completed a Code/Developer academy program.
