Zutec is growing our sales team and are actively seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects and close deals. We have an innovative and bespoke construction process management platform that is digitally disrupting the construction and engineering industries.

Job Description

You will need to be a fantastic communicator, a natural sales person, ambitious, driven and incredibly motivated. You’ll have the confidence to open doors, the determination to close the right deals and the appetite to meet and exceed your targets. You like to work as part of a team, but are able to work individually when required.  You are skilled in delivering multiple tasks simultaneously, with a flair or organisation and prioritizationTravel required up to 25% of time, predominantly within Ireland with some travel required to UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and prospecting
  • Identifying and establishing new business
  • Preparing proposals, quotations and administering client accounts
  • Performing both online or off site technical presentations/demonstrations, training, pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and product development department as required

Key Personal Attributes/Skills

  • Sales and business development experience of 2+ years in software/cloud based solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills or good understanding of databases
  • A business information systems or construction management/qualification would be highly regarded
