Zutec are delighted to announce that they have been selected as the project handover software suppliers for one of the most prestigious projects in London, No 1 Grosvenor Square. Working directly for Indian property development company Lodha. Lodha is India’s leading and largest real estate developer, creating exceptional design for almost four decades.
In 2013, Lodha acquired its first London site. Today the company has landmark developments to its credit including India’s luxury residential tower, World One in Mumbai and Palava City nearby – an integrated smart city spread over 4500 acres.
Working with the well established contractor Mace, Lodha are creating a beautiful high end commercial and residential development in London, in the form of No 1 Grosvenor Square – ‘The World Most Desirable Address’. Lodha likes to take inspiration from the surroundings and history of each area of development, creating commercial and residential developments for the future, with respect to the past.
As this is the first time for Zutec to work with Lodha we are delighted to announce our involvement in such a prestigious and significant development.
