This impressive 14-storey, 65-metre tall building was handed over on time, on budget and to exceptional environmental and technical standards. More than half of 600 strong labour force on this project were local Geelong based construction workers.

Zutec’s cloud and field-based Quality Management product was used for Defects, Site Activity Tracking and Firewall Penetration testing. The final Handover was delivered through Zutec’s handover solution, ensuring all operations manuals were securely handed over to the facilities management teams.
